Liability Agreement: I agree that I will not hold a faculty member or an employee of Fun with Foreign Language
(FwFL), liable for injuries sustained or for illnesses contracted by me/my child/my children while a
student/participant at FwFL. I agree to indemnify FwFL and its faculty for all liabilities, costs, and judgments
arising for acts of omissions of the undersigned, which result in injury or damage to any person or party. I
further agree that I will not hold FwFL or any faculty member responsible for the loss or damage of personal
property during participation.

Refund Policy: The last day to withdraw from a session and receive a 100% refund on tuition (registration fee
is non-refundable) is 2 weeks prior to the start of a session. All withdrawals after that date cannot be refunded
or credited towards future sessions, unless medical documentation is presented.

Missed Class Policy: Make up classes for students that miss a class for a reason not attributed to FwFL will no
longer be scheduled. Instead, however, if there is another option for a class of the same language and similar
age group, a student may take that particular class to make up the class missed in addition to the student’s
normal class. For example, if student A takes a 3-5 year Spanish class on Saturday at 9am and has to miss on a
certain date. The following week, student A can take his/her normally scheduled class at 9am in addition to the
other 3-5 year Spanish class from 10:10-11:10am. Classes in which a student is unable to attend cannot be
refunded or credited towards the next session.

Parent/Toddler Class Policy: One adult is permitted in class with toddler.

Returned Check Policy: The fee for a returned check is $25.

I have read and understand the refund, missed class, parent/toddler, and returned check policies, and waive all
claims of liability. I understand that I am expected to visit the Policies section of the Fun with Foreign Language
website for all other policies.
