Registration
Priority is given to current students. Tuition must be paid at time of registration. If space allows,
students can join classes already in session and tuition will be pro-rated.
There are 3 convenient ways for you to register:

In-Person: Contact us to register at Potters Prep Learning Center 207 Bynum Road Forest Hill,
MD 21050 or at the E mmorton Recreation Center 2213 Old Emmorton Road Bel Air, MD 21014
. Payment by money order or check payable to Fun with Foreign Language.
Online: Fill out registration form and e-mail it to us. We will then e-mail you an invoice along
with a link to submit your online credit payment or Paypal payment through a secure server.
Mail: Print registration form and mail completed form to us, along with a check payable to Fun
with Foreign Language to :

Discounts

Multiple siblings that are enrolled at Fun with Foreign Language receive a 10% discount off the
tuition for each additional child. If multiple siblings are registering, each sibling's registration
fee will be $15.
Families with children enrolled in our programs will receive $25 in referral credits that can be
used towards the next session's class for each family they refer that enrolls their

child(ren) in at least one 10 week session.

Missed classes
When learning a foreign language, consistency is very important to maximize the learning experience. It
is for this reason that we ask that children miss as few classes as possible. If your child has to be
absent, we ask that you notify us in advance or same day. Absences in which we are not notified will
not be eligible for make up. Unfortunately, classes that are not made up cannot be refunded or credited
towards the next session.

Refunds
The last day to withdraw from the Fall 2008 and Winter 2009 sessions and receive a 100% refund on
tuition is September 2, 2008 and December 19, 2008 respectively. All withdrawals after that date
cannot be refunded or credited towards future sessions.

Returned Check Policy
The fee for a returned check is $25.

Close Schedule
A make up class will be scheduled in advance if a regularly scheduled class falls on a day that we are
closed. Fun with Foreign Language will not have classes on the following days:

Privacy Policy
Fun with Foreign Language collects phone numbers and e-mail addresses so that we can have
alternate methods for contacting people that request more information, or for contacting
parents/guardians of children enrolled in our programs. We will never sell your information to a third
party.

Inclement Weather Policy
Fun with Foreign Language will close for inclement weather when Harford County Public schools are
closed. When the public schools have delayed openings, morning classes will be cancelled.
Afternoon classes will be held. If uncertain, call us at 443-616-7343 and listen to the special recording.

Fall Registration Occurring Now
Fall classes begin in September. Please visit our schedule for more information on dates, locations,
and times. Children can join a class at any time and pay a pro-rated tuition. If you would like to
